Job summary

BANA LAW in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Case Manager Assistant who can support personal injury clients and coordinate claims end-to-end. The role requires Spanish fluency, strong organization, and excellent client service.

You will open claims with auto, health, Medicare, and Medi-Cal providers, manage documentation, schedule appointments, and keep clients informed of progress. We offer a stable full-time in-person position with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required for client communications.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager Assistant.
• 1 year in personal injury law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage claims with auto, health, Medicare, and Medi‑Cal providers.
• Manage property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claims.
• Request and maintain medical records and billing.
• Scan, file, and organize documents; keep client notes up to date.
• Schedule medical appointments and transportation for clients.
• Communicate claim status and treatment plans to clients.

Pay

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Opening claims with auto & health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medi‑Cal
• Managing property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claims
• Requesting and maintaining medical records and billing
• Scanning and filing important documents
• Keeping client files organized with notes and activity updates
• Scheduling medical appointments and transportation for clients
• Communicating with clients regarding claim status and treatment plans

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is a must
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Exceptional client/customer service skills
• Strong team player mentality
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager Assistant

Schedule

8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday
