Job summary

McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP is seeking a hands-on professional to maintain client portfolios on the West Coast, handling foreclosure documents and ensuring timely attention to meet client service agreements. This is an in-office role in Downtown Long Beach, CA with standard hours, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or foreclosure experience, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Teams/Excel).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1-3 years foreclosure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional organizational skills between multiple systems to ensure efficient file processing.
• Drafting, preparing, proofreading, and formatting notices, deeds, financial transactions and various other foreclosure documents.
• Ensuring the effective and timely delivery of outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, and document recordings/retrievals.
• Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
• Taking calls from borrowers, lenders, and other outside parties courteously and effectively.
• Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates, borrowers, lenders and internal teams and associates.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction, including timely status updates and follow-up on outstanding documents and/or services and milestones.
• Consistently and accurately update the firm’s internal case management system, as well as all client systems.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

The position involves preparing and editing legal documents, maintaining client systems, and coordinating closely with team members, managers, and attorneys in a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure files move forward efficiently and timely. This is an in-office position in Downtown Long Beach, CA, with standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
