SWE Homes is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to manage real estate documentation, support transactional matters, and maintain corporate and property records. The role requires a strong background in real estate law, contract management, and governance.

Responsibilities include drafting and organizing documents for acquisitions, sales, and financing; conducting title searches; assisting attorneys with research and filing; and supporting governance through resolutions and entity filings.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (paralegal certification preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate law, property management, or a legal department within a real estate company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal or real estate databases preferred

This position plays a key role in managing legal documentation, supporting transactional matters, andmaintainingcorporate and property-related records. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate law, contract management, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:
