Hirzel Law is hiring a Legal Assistant to support litigation, transaction, and collection matters. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with attorneys to keep cases moving, meet deadlines, and keep clients informed. What You Will Do
- Support attorneys with litigation, transaction, and collection matters involving real estate, condominium, and HOA law, with the opportunity to build specialized expertise in this niche practice area
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings with a high level of accuracy
- Manage calendars and track deadlines to ensure filings, hearings, and tasks stay on schedule
- Handle client communication, scheduling, and coordination of hearings and meetings
- Maintain organized case files and systems, anticipating needs and supporting the team proactively

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the legal field, litigation experience preferred
- Hands-on experience using case management, document management, Microsoft Office 365, and/or other legal software systems
- Ability to manage and update multiple systems, documents, and tracking tools with accuracy and consistency
- Experience supporting high-volume caseloads, including document management and administrative coordination
- Ability to manage competing priorities and execute high-volume work with speed and accuracy
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience
- Potential bonuses awarded related to performance
