Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation or legal assistant experience
• Excellent typing and transcription skills
• Experience with large litigation cases
• Ability to work closely with our attorneys
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with a case management system

Additional Qualifications Preferred

• Experience in handling several attorneys and working on fast moving cases
• Experience working with ProLaw
• Experience working with insurance companies
