Job summary

Pop-Up Talent in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a complex litigation team handling mass and class actions. The role requires in-person work with calendaring, court filings, pleading drafting, discovery responses, trial prep, and client communications.

SALARY: $54-58k a year based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3+ years litigation experience
• Plaintiffexperience in person injury preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:

• Our complex litigation team is searching for a legal assistant with experience handling mass and class action cases. The successful candidate is willing and able to work in person and has a background in calendaring, legal filing in state and federal court, assistance with drafting pleadings, propounding, and answering discovery, preparation for trials and handling client calls.
• Due to the fast past environment, it is necessary to be efficient, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize duties and adhere tocompanypolicies and procedures.
