Job summary

Integreon is seeking a contract reviewer to work remotely within the United States. You will review subcontractor terms, purchase agreements, and NDAs, routing via DocuSign and coordinating with a global team. The role requires strong English communication, sharp attention to detail, and ability to meet SLAs.

The position involves training colleagues on processes, supporting ad-hoc projects, and driving process improvements while managing timelines and records of work performed.

Qualifications

• Experience with DocuSign or similar contract routing tool.
• Experience in contract review projects, preferably in a managed services environment.
• Ability to read and interpret highly complex contractual language to flag client risks and mitigation per the playbook.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English.
• Problem-solving attitude and target-driven with attention to detail.
• Quick learner and adaptable to process changes.
• Customer service experience with effective communication.
• Ability to comprehend questions and respond in writing and verbally.

Job description

Location: Remote (within US region only)

Reports To: Project Manager

Role Summary:

Work as a contract reviewer and router.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Legal point of contact to support review of prospective subcontractor objection to terms, review purchase agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other corporate contracts.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Ability to be flexible and work with a global team.
• Manage timelines and maintain personal records of work done.
• Train team members on processes, including contract review and contract management.
• Contribute to process improvement ideas and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure SLAs (timeline, quality) are met individually.
• Complete administrative tasks as required or requested.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience in DocuSign or another contract routing tool.
• Experience in contract review projects, with added advantage if candidate has working experience in a managed service environment.
• Ability to read and understand highly complex contractual language to identify and flag client risks and suggest mitigation as per the client's playbook.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English.
• Problem-solving attitude and target-driven along with an eye for details.
• Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period.
• Customer service experience – effective communication skills and the ability to articulate issues sophisticatedly to clients.
• Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately (both in writing and verbally).
• Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office.
