Job summary
Wilson Elser is seeking a Legal AI Specialist to lead the creation, organization, and deployment of firmwide AI-based knowledge assets (including prompts and workflows) that help attorneys work more efficiently. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Knowledge Management Innovation, this role serves as a firmwide AI expert and drives adoption and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
- Minimum 3 years combined experience in legal tech or practice support related to AI.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong research and analytical skills with ability to distill concepts.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI opportunities by researching user and business needs.
- Integrate tools such as Harvey AI and Lexis Protégé into workflows.
- Design, test, and refine prompts for Generative AI outputs.
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries and user guides.
- Promote KM and AI adoption through training and communications.
- Partner with stakeholders to align enablement with product lifecycle.
- Monitor AI developments and share trends with the firm.
