Job summary

Fenwick & West LLP's AI Innovation team seeks an AI Enablement Intern to support attorneys and professionals in using the firm's AI stack. You will coach users, create quick guides, and test across Claude, Harvey, and Legora.

The role provides 1:1 end-user support, documentation, and forward-looking governance work, with an anticipated pay rate of $21 to $25 per hour for part-time, Silicon Valley-based work.

Qualifications

• Current law student with interest in applied AI tools and legal tech.
• Experience using and troubleshooting generative AI platforms at user level.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with documented testing results and findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 end-user support for attorneys and staff on AI workflows.
• Run structured comparative testing across Claude, Harvey, Legora and document results.
• Assist governance with guardrails for AI skills and workflows as directed.
