Responsibilities

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the company's operations, focusing on energy law, project development, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
• Admission as an Attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.

• Demonstrated understanding of the South African energy sector and its regulatory framework.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
