• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience, preferably in corporate law, compliance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
• In-depth knowledge of South African corporate law, King IV principles, and relevant industry regulations.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the manufacturing or logistics sector is a plus.
