The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel to the executive management and board of directors, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and mitigating legal risks across the group's extensive business activities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with relevant laws.
• Advise on corporate governance best practices, including compliance with the Companies Act and King IV principles.
• Manage and oversee regulatory compliance across all business units, ensuring adherence to legal and statutory obligations.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on new legislation, regulations, and legal precedents affecting the company.
• Represent the company in legal disputes, arbitrations, and negotiations when required.

Requirements
