Chan + Punzalan LLP is a boutique, full-service business law firm based in San Francisco’s Financial District. Our practice covers business transactions and contracts, employment and workplace counseling, intellectual property, litigation, and outside general counsel services.
We’re a small, collegial team, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be a core part of our practice — providing substantive legal support while ensuring firm operations run seamlessly day to day.
We are seeking a Legal Administrator to manage both substantive legal workflow support (approx. 75%) and core administrative firm operations (approx. 25%). This is a hands‑on, multi‑faceted role for an experienced legal professional who takes ownership, understands legal procedure and documentation, and thrives in a boutique firm environment. You will work directly with our attorneys to manage cases, draft and process legal documents, handle filings, and maintain firm administration, client billing, and operational infrastructure.
This position is primarily remote. In-person attendance at our San Francisco Financial District office may be required periodically for team meetings, filings, or operational needs.
