JOB TITLE: Legal Administrative Assistant (Environmental Litigation)
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: Full-Time; M-F 8:30-5:00; 37.5 hours/week
LOCATION: Austin, TX Office (hybrid work environment)
REPORTS TO: Regional Office Administrator
JOB SUMMARY
The Legal Administrative Assistant position is a non-exempt, full-time position based in our Austin, TX office. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple attorneys and other timekeepers in the Litigation and Environmental practice groups. It requires a confident, proactive professional with solid administrative experience. The ideal candidate will possess superb organizational skills, the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to meet deadlines and regularly exercise independent judgment.
Compensation: At Spencer Fane, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the hourly rate for this position to start between $29.19 and $38.36, and will depend on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
