Administrative Assistant – Washington, DC (Hybrid)

A leading NYC-based Vault 100 law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Washington, DC office. This role supports firm-wide initiatives and works closely with colleagues across offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings, including IT and catering support
  • Prepare and maintain documents and spreadsheets
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and backup documentation
  • Support attorney timekeeping entries
  • Assist with event planning and dinner coordination

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and adaptability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems

Preferred:

  • Experience working with billing systems

Compensation: $65,000 – $125,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum three days in-office per week)
