Qualifications

Job description

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Legal Litigation Administrative Assistant to join their client's dynamic legal team. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of the legal department and requires an individual who is detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and proofreading legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files, ensuring that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Assisting with the preparation and filing of court documents, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate parties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance requests for office equipment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional legal or administrative certification is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
