Experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with a strong background supporting partners and litigation teams in fast-paced law firm environments. Skilled in drafting, proofreading, and managing complex legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and appellate filings at the federal, state, and local court levels. Proven expertise in e-filing, case management, trial preparation, discovery coordination, calendaring, docket monitoring, client communication, and travel coordination. Adept at managing competing priorities, maintaining critical deadlines, and delivering exceptional client service while serving as a proactive and trusted partner to attorneys. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, billing software, and legal technology platforms.
