Job Description

• Deep understanding of all FOH and BOH positions.
• Weekly liquor, beer, and wine inventory management; cost of goods sold calculations using Ctuit Software.
• Handling health code violations and LBW ordering.
• Maintaining China and Smallware inventory and setting ordering pars based on product mix.
• Training FOH staff and managing HR files.
• Hiring and training FOH Managers.
• Calculating labor costs and overseeing weekly employee scheduling.
• Educating staff on food and drink preparation.
• Managing FOH repair, maintenance, and standard operating procedures.
• Creating consistency in beverage programs and collaborating on private events with the Events Manager and Executive Chef.
• Ensuring service quality and consistency.
