The League of Women Voters United States is seeking a Manager, Planned Giving to lead its legacy philanthropy program, cultivating bequests and other planned gifts while coordinating across Advancement, Finance, Communications and Development Operations.

You will manage a portfolio of donors, develop strategies, and work with estate attorneys and advisors to advance mission through long-term giving, stewardship, and donor-centered fundraising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years in planned giving, major gifts, or donor relations.
• Knowledge of charitable gift planning vehicles (bequests, retirement assets, life insurance).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive planned giving strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of planned giving donors and prospects.
• Collaborate with Advancement, Finance, Communications, and Development Operations.
• Oversee donor-centered marketing, stewardship, and gift administration.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and the Board.
