Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a LEED Coordinator to lead LEED certification for FAB buildings from design through construction in Clay, NY. You will coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure LEED goals are met and documentation is prepared for GBCI review.

This role emphasizes sustainability, collaboration, and strict adherence to USGBC requirements, with a focus on onsite execution and risk management for credit attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• LEED AP BD+C qualification and LEED project experience required.
• Experience interfacing with USGBC/GBCI LEED Online.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities required for achieving LEED certification of buildings.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to provide documentation.
• Submit documentation for review and acceptance by GBCI.
• Develop the Sustainability Management Plan and manage related responsibilities.
• Maintain relationships with client teams and LEED consultants.
