Bechtel is seeking a LEED Specialist to support LEED certification from design through construction. You will maintain credit trackers, gather documentation, and assist project teams with routine LEED requirements and submissions.

You will work under LEED lead guidance, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and external consultants while ensuring accuracy and compliance with credit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Experience supporting building design, construction, sustainability, or green certification is preferred.
• Experience on large, complex, or industrial projects is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Maintain LEED credit trackers, action logs, document registers, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Collect supporting information from engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Check submissions for completeness and alignment with credit requirements.
• Organize and upload approved documentation in LEED Online or designated systems.
• Assist with reviews of specifications, submittals, product data, calculations, and construction records.
• Coordinate follow-up on missing or inconsistent documentation; escalate risks as needed.
• Prepare draft narratives, templates, meeting materials, and responses for approval.
• Provide training materials to project personnel unfamiliar with LEED docs.
• Support tracking for topics like waste, IAQ, erosion controls, low-emitting materials.
