Job summary

LMG is seeking an AV technician to prepare LED equipment for events, test systems, and ensure quality. You will stage gear, verify components, and coordinate with teams to support logistics for live productions.

You will work with clients, adapt to production schedules, and may require night and weekend availability to ensure successful events. Health, dental, vision benefits are provided along with retirement options.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on audiovisual experience.
• Trade show experience.
• Knowledge of LED equipment and systems.
• Understanding of basic AV operations (audio, LED, lighting).
• Experience working with clients and supporting customer needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for events by reviewing reservations and pulling lists.
• Set up, inspect, and test LED systems to meet quality standards.
• Maintain equipment condition and coordinate with engineering for repairs.
• Support inventory, staging, loading/unloading, and logistics for events.
• Communicate equipment readiness and scheduling updates clearly.
