Job summary

LMG, a full-service event technology provider, is seeking an LED Technician to deploy, configure, test, and support LED display systems for live events from warehouse to show-site execution.

Based in Orlando, FL, this full-time role requires 1–3 years of LED support experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel to events. The position offers a pay range of $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting LED setup, operation, and strike activities for live events.
• Working knowledge of LED display systems and signal flow.
• Basic rigging knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Reliable LED Systems: Build, configure, and deploy LED display systems for a variety of live events and productions.
• Plan for Successful Event Execution: Review show schedules, CAD drawings, and related documentation to implement technical solutions.
• Prepare and Maintain Equipment: Assemble, test, and evaluate LED-related equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Support On-Site Production: Travel to event venues and assist with onsite setup and execution.
