Job Description

• Demonstrate to customers the features and benefits of LED products, using a "show and tell" approach.
• Identify weaknesses in existing lighting scenarios and design the most cost‑effective LED solution.
• Provide a consultative approach to product and service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Establish new customers to increase market share and identify new prospects with no restriction of territory.
• Build trust and confidence with prospects by allowing "try before you buy".
• Always present a professional presentation including price quotes, energy audits, ROI analysis and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Lighting sales experience with LED exposure, or extensive lighting background.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree or higher.
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle for extensive local travel.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to use a multitude of sales and marketing methods to get results.
• Self‑starter attitude; experienced outside sales professional.
• Motivated to sell and achieve unlimited income.
• Must love dogs.
