Texas A&M University College of Nursing invites applications for two full-time, academic professional track positions at our McAllen, Texas campus. The successful candidates will teach in our BSN program and contribute to student learning and program development.

The appointments begin January 2027 with the possibility of a summer contract. Rank and salary will be determined by qualifications and experience, with titles of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Principal Lecturer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering didactic and clinical instruction at the baccalaureate level or higher.
• Two or more years of nursing practice experience.
• Demonstrated clinical nursing expertise.
• Simulation in nursing education is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Teach in the BSN program across classroom, clinical, simulation, and online formats.
• Support curriculum development and accreditation activities.
• Engage in service on college/university committees and initiatives.
