The appointment is 11 months, begins January 2027 or sooner, and is on-campus and in-person.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in nursing or a doctoral degree in a closely related field with a masters in nursing.
• Leadership and administrative capability demonstrated in academic settings.
• Experience with nursing education accreditation and program assessment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and administer undergraduate nursing education programs at the Distant Site (McAllen).
• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of BSN options and sites.
• Coordinate with College leadership to ensure program quality, compliance, and outcomes.
• Provide faculty development and recruit/retain qualified faculty.
• Balance 50% administrative duties with 50% teaching responsibilities.
• Support student recruitment, progression, and licensure success initiatives.
