The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is a premier educational institution that prides itself on academic excellence, research, and community engagement. We are actively seeking an Innovation lecturer to join our team and support a dynamic learning environment.
The College of Business will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers in Innovation from which future appointments to temporary, non‑tenure‑track positions will be made. Appointments are part‑time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester‑by‑semester.
The position is responsible for teaching various courses for Innovation; exact courses taught will depend on need at the time of hire. Courses may be taught in person or online.
Determined by course modality: on‑campus, online, or hybrid. Remote teaching opportunities may be available under certain conditions.
Compensation is $3,900 per 3‑credit hour course. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.
This position is exempt from overtime provisions of the FLSA.
Because this appointment is temporary, you will not be eligible for most standard faculty benefits. You are eligible to accrue sick leave at 0.034 hours of sick leave per hour worked.
