Job summary

KKR's Global Benefits team seeks a Leaves and Benefits Specialist to manage leaves processes and assist with employee benefits operations across the Americas. Based in Boston, Hartford or Des Moines, this role supports employees in the U.S., Bermuda, and Canada.

The candidate will oversee day-to-day leave operations and help optimize leaves and benefits programs for efficiency and clarity. Responsibilities include processing leaves and disability accommodations, handling benefits inquiries, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, human capital or related field.
• Experience in a dynamic, matrixed and fast-paced environment.
• Minimum three years of U.S. employee benefits and wellness program experience.
• HIPAA training to be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist leaves of absence and disability/accommodations process in compliance with laws and firm policies.
• Partner with leaves stakeholders to deliver a streamlined leaves experience.
• Serve as a benefits inquiries contact, supporting all benefit programs including workers’ compensation and travel insurance.
• Help manage daily benefits operations, HRIS content and benefits vendor systems.
• Support benefits administration across the Americas including Open Enrollment cycles.
• Assist in developing communications to drive awareness and engagement in benefits and wellness.
