Job summary

The role is based on-site in Florence, KY with a hybrid structure, collaborating with HR partners, payroll, and managers to coordinate leave administration and timely returns to work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in leave administration.
• Experience with Workday HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leave of absence requests and ensure regulatory compliance (FMLA, state/local).
• Receive, review, and track leave requests with complete documentation and proper pay accuracy.
• Maintain communication with employees on leave to support timely return to work.
• Serve as primary contact for managers and employees on leave policy questions.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and managers to ensure smooth leave administration.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable leave and accommodation laws (FMLA, ADA, state/local).
• Identify opportunities to improve leave administration processes and recommend solutions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
