Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Leave Partner to serve as a trusted HR partner for administration, coordination, and compliance of employee leave programs. You will collaborate with employees, managers, payroll, benefits vendors, and third-party administrators to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate leave support while upholding company policies and federal, state, and local leave laws.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of progressive HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3–5 years HR experience with significant focus on leave of absence administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills; must present a professional, positive image at all times.
Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state and local leave laws.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR partner responsible for administration, coordination, and compliance of employee leave programs.
Collaborate with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, payroll, benefits vendors, and third-party administrators to deliver accurate, timely leave support.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local leave laws and company policies.
