Job summary

MillerKnoll is hiring a Leave Management Analyst in Michigan to manage FMLA, disability, and ADAAA accommodations. The role coordinates leave cases, analyzes benefits programs, and aligns processes with market practices in partnership with Total Rewards and Legal.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert, develop training for HRBPs and leaders, and provide responsive service to associates throughout the leave journey, ensuring policy compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in benefits or disability claims management.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA and leave regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders about leave programs and ADAAA policies.
• Develop training materials for HRBPs and team leaders.
• Provide second-tier customer service to associates during leave processes.
• Prepare research and analytics for benefits and disability planning.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA and ADAAA.
