Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Leave Specialist in Cleveland to ensure compliance and quality service for FMLA, ADA, and related state/local leave processes.

You will support employee leave inquiries and work with the Leave Manager, Total Rewards, and other HR teams to uphold best practices and timely communications. The role requires at least 5 years of leave administration experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Workday leaves and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience administering leave and disability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Experience with Workday leaves and timekeeping modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure processing, tracking and approvals of all leave cases from notification through return to work.
• Oversee the Leaves and Accommodations group mailbox and assign tasks.
• Maintain records under leave policies with timely monitoring.
• Provide timely reporting to managers and HR Partners on leaves and accommodations.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with laws.
