Job summary

Penn State Health is seeking a Leave Administration Specialist to manage employee leave of absence programs and workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely, compliant case management and serving as the primary contact for employees and managers.

You will handle routine to moderately complex cases, coordinate return-to-work, partner with third-party administrators and internal teams, and support accurate payroll and benefits related to absences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and case management of leave of absence programs and workers' compensation claims.
• Coordinate return-to-work activities and partner with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders.
