Job summary

Patterson is seeking a Leave Analyst to manage end-to-end leave processes in a hybrid St. Paul environment. You will partner with a third-party administrator and internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate payments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent, 2 years in leaves administration, and experience with outsourced leave programs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave case management with the TPA and guide employees through leave processes.
• Review leave statuses and payment reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to leave inquiries and prepare for leave duration and type.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and implement changes.
• Collaborate with managers, HRBPs, TPA, Legal, and Risk to document leaves.
• Reconcile leave data between TPA system and Workday payroll data.
• Administer other time-off programs and advise on company policy.
• Provide timely reporting to Total Rewards on leaves and accommodations.
• Suggest process and technology improvements for time-off programs.
