Robinson+Cole LLP is seeking a full-time Paralegal for our Real Estate + Development team in Stamford, CT. The role supports attorneys in commercial real estate transactions, including title and survey reviews, document filings, and diligence.

A bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of CRE experience is required. Qualified candidates should have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Robinson & Cole LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Real Estate + Development team in Stamford, CT.

This position will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including review of title commitment and survey, filings and ordering documents from the Secretary of State, ordering and review of UCC, bankruptcy and litigation searches, closing checklist preparation and management, lease abstracting, closing document preparation, due diligence review, preparing closing binders and drafting routine correspondence and documents. Knowledge of the commercial finance a plus.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

CT Applicants: Please note that the target base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's years of experience, skills, qualifications, and office location.
