The Garrett Companies is seeking a Leasing Agent in Farragut, TN to drive occupancy for a new lease-up community. You will respond to leads, tour prospects, and close leases while ensuring accurate Entrata data and smooth move-in processes.

Expectation includes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to renewals, with occasional travel and weekend work as part of ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience with leasing, at least 1 year for new construction and lease-ups.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through and reliability.
• Ability to learn Entrata quickly and use MS Office.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Punctual and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Respond to leads and schedule tours to increase conversions.
• Conduct tours and tailor leasing approach to close leases.
• Manage leasing paperwork and data entry in Entrata.
• Coordinate move-in process including lease execution and deposits.
• Handle maintenance requests and report safety issues.
• Support training and occasional travel/weekend work.
• Maintain resident relations and excellent service.
