Job summary

AMDG Holdings Ltd is seeking a Leasing Agent to serve as the primary contact for prospective tenants, market rental properties, schedule tours, and guide applicants through to move-in. You will ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies while maintaining a welcoming environment.

This role collaborates with property management and maintenance teams to meet tenant needs and contribute to occupancy and community engagement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
Proficiency with standard office software and property management systems.

Responsibilities

Schedule property tours and present available units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and communicate leasing terms clearly.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and lease agreements in compliance with policies.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with excellent customer service.
Coordinate with property management and maintenance to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
