ResProp Management in Kyle, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead the leasing team, drive occupancy, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will manage resident ledgers, process leases, conduct tours, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Beyond leasing, you will support the property manager with month-end tasks, touch on sales, and address resident needs with a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Weekend availability is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy – able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leasing consultants by applying creative sales strategies to motivate the team and reach occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers including posting rent payments and issuing charges, concessions and final account statements.
• Initiate all necessary lease violations, late rent notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with Month-End accounting tasks.
• Assist with the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Understand property features and relate them to prospective resident needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses to needs and concerns.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan resident events and activities.
• Train and develop teammates with on-the-job training and company-wide sessions.
• Visually inspect the property daily for cleanliness and curb appeal; inspect model and vacant units.
• Handle in-house bad debt collections
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships by reporting on performance and responding to owner requests.
• Process move-outs by applying deposits and cancellation fees per policy.
