The role focuses on leasing available homes, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will engage with prospective residents, maintain relations, and drive occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting occupancy, rental income, and renewal goals.
• Process revenue (application fees, deposits) in a timely manner.
• Follow up on delinquencies and deliver notices.
• Show apartments and greet walk-ins using professional leasing procedures.
• Maintain the leasing office and complete reports.
• Respond to leads within 24 hours and manage CRM entries.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Marketing team.
