Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to support a scattered portfolio of affordable properties. You will handle leasing leads, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and deliver outstanding resident service across communities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi, strong communication, and the ability to work days, weekends and some evenings as required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Experience with Section 8 housing preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi preferred.
• Excellent follow up and follow through skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Driver's license and ability to work between different nearby properties.
• Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Community Manager with day to day operations of the properties.
• Acts as first point of contact for all sales and leasing leads at the communities.
• Coordinates all move in and move outs with site team.
• Provides excellent customer service to residents and assists resolving issues.
• Maintains knowledge and awareness of property competition, and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
• Assists with the leasing and marketing of community.
