GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant on-site to lease available apartment homes, support marketing and retention efforts, and present a welcoming community image. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage leads, and help drive occupancy with professional leasing procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with Fair Housing and safety codes, and ongoing residency relations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable and compassionate, able to connect with people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Familiarity with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet occupancy, rental income, and renewal goals with support from the Community Manager.
• Process revenue items: application fees, deposits, and admin fees.
• Show apartments using professional leasing procedures and approved rates.
• Respond promptly to leads and inquiries within 24 hours.
• Walk the property regularly and ensure move-in readiness and documentation.
• Maintain CRM records and complete required reports on schedule.
