Job summary

Goldmark in Minneapolis is seeking a Leasing Specialist to connect with residents and drive occupancy through targeted marketing and engaging showings. You will handle leasing from tour to close, provide exceptional service, and coordinate with maintenance and leadership to ensure a positive resident experience.

Starting pay at $17.00 per hour, with commissions and incentives that can boost earnings; first 3 months guaranteed $300 per month, plus up to 20% rent discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance.
• Experience in property management or related industry preferred.
• NALP certification desirable.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the property to prospective residents and apply product knowledge to close the sale.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Conduct property, building, and apartment inspections to help ensure attractive appearance and report maintenance needs.
• Daily use of customer management systems to build relationships with prospective and current residents and document communications.
• Advertise and market properties daily by use of social media and other marketing platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents by addressing and responding to requests and concerns.
