Job summary

MAA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at a Remington Hills community in Texas. You will engage with prospective residents, explain the value of living in an MAA community, and guide applicants through the leasing process. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include at least one year in sales, hospitality, or leasing, with proficiency in MS Office. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents and communicate the value and experience of living at an MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and initiate screening of prospective residents.
• Communicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
