Job summary

MAA Las Colinas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and guest relations at a vibrant apartment community. You will engage prospective residents, convey the value of living at a MAA community, and secure lease agreements.

The role emphasizes positive first impressions, collaboration with the team, and participation in resident events and marketing efforts. A strong customer-service background is key.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents to support leasing operations.
• Communicate the value and experience of living at the community.
• Secure lease agreements and initiate the screening process.
• Inform about lease expirations and facilitate renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
