Reporting to the Community Manager, you will balance sales goals with friendly, on-site operations, tours, follow-ups, and occupancy tracking, while complying with Fair Housing laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident experiences and conduct tours.
• Lead inquiries, follow up, and coordinate move-ins with marketing and technology.
• Support lease renewals and occupancy tracking while ensuring compliance.
