RentReady Homes in Plano, TX is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to manage leads from first contact to lease signing, coordinate showings, applications, and leasing tasks, and support field operations.

You will work with Construction, Maintenance, and Marketing to prepare homes, market listings, and guide residents through the rental process, while supervising a Leasing Assistant to keep daily activities on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or customer service is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, BoomCRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective tenants to generate interest and convert leads.
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual property showings.
• Guide applicants through the application and leasing process.
• Assist with lease paperwork and ensure a smooth rental process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate field operations and leasing-related tasks.
• Collaborate with Construction, Maintenance, and Marketing Teams to prepare homes and listings.
• Provide direction to the Leasing Assistant and manage follow-ups.
