Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartment homes by touring prospective residents, in-person or virtual.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process.
• Complete leasing process promptly per company guidelines.
• Handle all phone calls and emails within the CRM queue.
• Maintain daily operations including resident retention efforts and marketing plan strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of property facts and leasing procedures.
• Ensure models and target apartments are ready for showing.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws through appropriate training.
• Contribute to team efforts for community upkeep and cleanliness.
