Job summary

RKW Residential's Laurel View in Concord, NC seeks a part-time Leasing Consultant to greet guests, show available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process with outstanding customer service. You will prepare lease documents, collect deposits, run credit and background checks, and coordinate move-in readiness with the Property Manager to ensure a smooth occupancy.

Maintain product knowledge of the property and nearby communities, assist with renewals, and help drive marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two years of leasing experience.
• Must communicate in English.
• Excellent leasing and closing skills; organized and computer-literate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Show units and keep model areas in pristine condition.
• Prepare lease documents and collect deposits per policy.
• Process applications, credit checks, and obtain approvals.
• Assist with renewals and update availability reports.
• Open the leasing office daily and manage calls and inquiries.
