Job summary

Levco Management is hiring a Leasing Specialist for a 264-unit community in Orlando, FL. The role requires a motivated individual with prior apartment industry experience who can deliver outstanding customer service and support property operations.

You will respond to inquiries, tour apartments, process applications and leases, and assist with marketing while coordinating move‑ins and move‑outs. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment management experience.
• Strong communication and written skills with focus on customer service.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and tour apartments.
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs.
• Process maintenance requests and work orders.
• Support other administrative and property management tasks.

Leasing Specialist

Full Time: 40 hours/week, overtime as needed

Hourly: Compensation is commensurate with experience

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

Schedule: Five days per week, including Saturdays

Levco Management is currently hiring a Leasing Specialist for a 264‑unit apartment community located in Orlando, FL. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment industry who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry.
• Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
• Managing move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Processing maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned.
