Job summary

Levco Management is hiring a Property Manager for a 264-unit property in Orlando, FL. A highly motivated professional will oversee daily operations and advance their career with a growing company.

The role requires at least 3 years as a Property Manager, preference for Yardi experience, and strong leadership and multitasking skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
• Renovations experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong supervisory skills to hire, lead, and manage staff.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections and posting rent receipts.
• Approve invoices and posting accounts payable.
• Supervise on-site team members.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs.
• Participate in leasing and renewal activities.
• Assist with budget development and property performance goals.
• Ensure financial and operational goals are met.
• Assist with capital improvements at the property.
• Ensure high-quality customer service to residents.
• Maintain quality of maintenance and turnover work.
• Manage vendors, contractors, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Property Manager

Full Time: 40 hours/week

Salary: $62,400 - $74,880 , commensurate with experience.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Additional hours as needed

• Prior experience with properties undertaking renovations is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience with Yardi software is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to hire, lead, and manage team members.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required)
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
